Sit in a chair, settle on the floor, or even lie down if your body calls for it. If you feel the need to move during the meditation, go with it—just stay present in the practice.
You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like throughout the week, or simply experience it once. Each week brings a fresh new journey with different techniques and focus areas, keeping your practice vibrant and ever-evolving.
